Welcome to the Team: Introducing new RG staff

Mid-way through January, Redmond Gary welcomed Alan Nielsen to the team. Alan has taken on double duty as the Supervisor of both the Machining and Fabrication Departments. Alan is a fitter and turner and has extensive experience in production scheduling, estimating, purchasing and supervisory roles. In a relatively short time, he has proven himself to be an essential member of the RGA team.

Another new addition is Grant Cheetham, who will be heading up our Service and Spare Parts Department. Grant comes to us with over 20 years of fleet experience, having previously worked at Western Power, followed by time with Horizon Power. Grant’s expertise as a fleet engineer and his experience with power utility companies makes him well suited to manage our Service and Spare Parts Department.
